Parrot Mee Laksa is a premium traditional thick rice vermicelli (spaghetti-shaped rice noodles) made from the finest grade of rice, is nutritionally rich and easy to cook. The rice noodles gives an al dente texture and clean flavour which makes it perfect for any noodle dish.
Mee Laksa noodles are traditionally paired with laksa soup base, a spicy and creamy seafood stock popular in Singapore and Malaysia, but great when paired with any flavourful sauces, soups, or stir-fries.

How to use?:
Cook Mee Laksa in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain off with cold water and serve with soup of your choice
Soak Mee Laksa in cold water for 2 hours and then cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain off with cold water and serve with soup of your choice.
