Mix fish or seafood together with Mak Nyonya Instant Asam Fish Sauce for 5 minutes. Add water, continue cook until boil and serve hot with rice.
How To Use?: - To Steam : Add lady’s finger and tomatoes together with the fish, pour Instant Asam Fish Sauce over the fish and vegetables. Steam for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot.
- To Stir Fry : Sauté Instant Asam Fish Sauce until aromatic. Add in 800gm of seafood (prawns, squids and fish), continue stir-fry until seafood is cooked.
